How do you create a top notch, ecommerce experience that still conveys the sense of fun & whimsy of Funko's iconic, pop-culture products?
With a small team of three, including myself, we began a rapid and iterative process of whiteboard ideation, user journeys and visual explorations. After that time, we had a revised taxonomy, sitemap, user flow sets and design framework to transform Funko's existing site into a best-of-breed shopping site and pop culture hub.
